At TRI-FIT Athletic, we are dedicated to ensuring your performance gear meets the highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the gear is free from any signs of wear or use.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
